Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

SkillServer (skillserver.ai) is operated by Antelope Social Media Inc., 933 Briar Hill Ave, Toronto, Ontario M6B 1M1, Canada ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the SkillServer website, dashboard and the SkillServer connector in AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, how we use it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

The short version

  • We store your account, the inputs you give our skills, and the reports and brand or profile context those skills produce, so you can find them in your dashboard.
  • We only receive what your AI assistant sends to our tools when you run a skill. We do not read your chat history, your assistant's memory, or files you've shared with it.
  • To run a skill we fetch public web and social data from data providers, and we send some data to service providers who help us run SkillServer. We don't sell your data.
  • The website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
  • You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time: [email protected].

1. What we collect

Account information

Your name, email address and username, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash). If you joined from an invitation or the waitlist, we keep the invitation or waitlist record, including your company and role and how you heard about us if you told us.

What you give our skills

The inputs you provide when you run a skill — for example a website address, a brand name, or the URL of a public LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube profile — and any brand details, social handles, ad accounts and competitors you save to an account in your dashboard.

What our skills produce

Reports, report files, and brand or profile context (such as voice, audience and positioning) created when you run a skill, including the analysis your AI assistant writes and sends back to us to save. Earlier versions of a report are kept when a new version is saved.

Public data retrieved for a skill

To run a skill we retrieve publicly available information about the subject you name — for example public profile details, posts, ads, engagement counts, website content, business listings and search results. This can include information about people other than you, such as the public profile of a creator or company you ask us to analyze. Skills only analyze public profiles and pages, and we only retrieve information for the skills you ask to run and the accounts you track.

Connection and usage data

  • When you connect an AI assistant: the OAuth client registration and access and refresh tokens, and the name and version of the assistant app that connected (for example "claude-ai").
  • When you use SkillServer: which tools and skills were called, when, whether they succeeded, and run counts used for usage limits.
  • Emails we send you (such as "your report is ready") and whether they were sent.
  • Website analytics from Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we host ourselves. It doesn't use cookies and records page views without identifying you.
  • Standard server logs, including IP address and browser information, used for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't collect

We do not access your conversation history, your AI assistant's memory or conversation summaries, or files you have uploaded to your assistant. Your AI assistant decides what to send to our tools when you run a skill, and it receives what our tools send back. Its processing of your conversation is governed by your assistant provider's own terms and privacy policy (for Claude, Anthropic's; for ChatGPT, OpenAI's).

2. How we use it

  • To run the skills you ask for and save their results to your account.
  • To show your reports, accounts and history in your dashboard, and to send emails about your account and your runs.
  • To apply usage limits, keep SkillServer secure and fix problems.
  • To understand which skills are used so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising, and we do not use your inputs, reports or saved accounts to train or tune AI models.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Some pages on the website load content from other services — for example logos and icons, and the Calendly booking widget on our beta welcome page. Your browser connects to those services directly, so they receive your IP address, and Calendly may set its own cookies if you use the widget.

Share links. If you create a share link for a report, anyone with the link can view that report until you disable or rotate the link. Shared reports don't include your private saved context.

Shared accounts. If you share a brand or profile account with another SkillServer user, they can see that account's details and the data collected for it.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The SkillServer website doesn't set cookies, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking. When you sign in, your browser's local storage keeps your sign-in token (valid for 30 days or until you log out) and a few preferences, such as bookmarked skills, dismissed tips and unsaved drafts. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings; you'll then need to sign in again.

5. How long we keep it

  • Account, reports and saved context: for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account it is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Public data retrieved for skills: cached and refreshed regularly, and kept as history so reports can show change over time.
  • Usage logs and email logs: 12 months.
  • Server logs: 7 days.
  • OAuth tokens: access tokens expire after one hour and refresh tokens after 30 days; you can disconnect at any time from your assistant's connector settings.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and delete reports and accounts in your dashboard, disconnect SkillServer from your AI assistant at any time, and close your account from your profile settings. You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you are the subject of a public profile someone analyzed with SkillServer and want that data removed, email us and we'll delete it from our systems.

Canada. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns we haven't resolved.

California. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, access to production systems is restricted, and connections from AI assistants use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Access to production data is limited to the two people who operate SkillServer. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we'll notify you as required by law. To report a security issue, email [email protected].

8. Children

SkillServer is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We'll post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll also email account holders.
