Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Antelope Social Media Inc., 933 Briar Hill Ave, Toronto, Ontario M6B 1M1, Canada ("we", "us"), which operates SkillServer (skillserver.ai). They apply when you use the SkillServer website, dashboard, or the SkillServer connector or plugin in an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT (together, "SkillServer"). By creating an account or using SkillServer, you agree to them. If you use SkillServer for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

The short version

  • SkillServer runs marketing workflows for you and saves the results to your account. It's in beta, so things will change and occasionally break.
  • Your inputs and reports are yours. Our workflows, software and brand are ours.
  • Use it on public profiles and pages, for legitimate marketing work. Don't use it to harass, track or profile individuals.
  • Results are generated with AI from public data. Check them before you rely on them.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. Your account

You need an account to use SkillServer. Give us accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use SkillServer.

When you connect SkillServer to an AI assistant, you authorize that assistant to use SkillServer on your behalf. You can disconnect it at any time in the assistant's connector settings.

2. The beta and changes to SkillServer

SkillServer is in beta. We add, change and remove workflows and features regularly, and we may set or change usage limits, such as how many runs you can complete per day or month. Access is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money, and paid plans will have their own terms.

3. How you may use SkillServer

Use SkillServer for lawful marketing, research and content work. You agree not to:

  • analyze private or logged-in-only content, or try to get around a platform's privacy settings or access controls;
  • use SkillServer to harass, stalk, track, intimidate or discriminate against anyone, or to build profiles of private individuals;
  • use results to make decisions about a person's eligibility for employment, credit, housing, insurance or similar, where the law restricts that;
  • collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or government ID information) through SkillServer;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or break another service's terms through your use of SkillServer;
  • copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload SkillServer, or try to extract our workflow instructions, except where the law allows it;
  • share your account, or get around usage limits or security measures;
  • use SkillServer to build a competing product.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

4. Your content

"Your content" means what you give SkillServer (inputs, brand details, files) and what it produces for you (reports, saved context, files). You keep your rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run SkillServer for you, keep it secure, and fix problems. We don't use your content to train or tune AI models.

You confirm you have the right to provide what you upload or enter. If you create a share link for a report, anyone with the link can see that report until you turn the link off.

5. Public data and other people

Workflows analyze public profiles and pages that you point them at. That information belongs to the people and companies who published it, and it can include personal information. Use it responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws and the source platforms' rules. If you're the subject of a profile someone analyzed and want it removed from SkillServer, email [email protected].

6. AI-generated results

Reports and other output are produced by AI models working from public data that can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Output can contain mistakes, and similar requests can produce different results. Treat it as a starting point: review it before you publish it, rely on it, or make decisions with it. SkillServer doesn't give legal, financial or other professional advice.

7. Our property

SkillServer, including our workflows, the instructions behind them, our software, website, report designs and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SkillServer while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

SkillServer works inside AI assistants run by other companies (such as Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT) and uses data and service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those assistants is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, and features that depend on them can change or stop if they do.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using SkillServer and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that are inactive for a long period, or if we stop offering SkillServer; where we reasonably can, we'll give notice first so you can export your reports. Sections 4–7 and 10–13 continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers

SkillServer is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that SkillServer will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to SkillServer is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If you use SkillServer for a business, you'll cover our reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from a third-party claim about your content or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SkillServer changes. We'll post the new version here and update the date above; if a change is significant, we'll also email account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using SkillServer after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

15. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about SkillServer. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
